Project Management Optimization In New Product Development Of M Company Of Mobile Phone Industry

Based on the real situation of M company, this thesis researches the NPI (newproduct introduction) procedure of cell phone antenna manufacturing industry. Analyze thefour specialty of M company NPI process, try to optimize the process from the threephases product design, prototype build and mass production. Establish the new process ofPDR (product design approval request); create and introduce DOE method to optimizeprocess parameters; set up the policy that product design engineer communicate withcustomers; create project document sharepoint. Define the checklist during gates review,and create lots of forms to be used for recording the data/parameter/report etc information.
