Application Research On LCM Company New Product Development Based On Agile Project Management

As the changes of the industrial age,the original enterprise organization mode has far from enough to satisfy the existing technology and a rapidly changing marketplace.Traditional enterprise is highly bureaucratic structure;it has been found that a highly bureaucratic structure is too rigid,it unable to cope with rapidly changing external environment.So,the traditional structure will be replaced by the better and more agile project management or other temporary management structure.The structure must be highly systematic and has an ability to quickly react to changing of the company inside and outside.Agile project management is used to solve the complexity,uncertainty and high risk project(new product development project).Agile project management is mainly used in software development projects in recent years,and has solved many problems in the software development process of new products.Therefore it has been highly spoken of by the product manager.And the new products development of LCM display industry also has the same high standard in aspect of the timeliness and customer demand.how can come out head from increasingly competitive LCM display industry,how to improve time efficient of new products development,how to reduce the chance of failure at the maximum degree in the process of new product development? This study try to combine with agile project management and stage gate management procedure,optimize the existing LCM company's new product development processes,breakthrough the bottleneck of existing development preparatory work and the new product test,achieve the goal of highly efficient new products on the market.Given the current high level of smart phones in the end market demand,and the type of mobile phone high frequency of change of speed,it will have great impact on LCM products in the display product research and development project management.This thesis selected mobile phone display products as the main research object,mainly focused on looking for new competitive products and enhancing the effectiveness of new product testing.Through the optimization and innovation of LCM Company's new product development and management of mobile phones,the agile project management method and new product management are combined to strengthen the interaction with the customer and the testing process in the development process.The results show that the new product has improved the overall development time by 0.7% and the customer satisfaction rate by 1.3%,the client abnormal rate can reduced by 3.1%,the initial result is remarkable.LCM executives believe that agile projects in the new product development and management changes should be vigorously promoted.At the next stage,LCM Company will optimize the entry node settings and test conditions in the overall new product development process,and improve the timeliness of the overall development of new products.The actual operations of the company's new products still need to be constantly improved.
