As the competition around commercial banks being increasingly fierce, Human Resource is the most important part for commercial banks to get higher achievement, and makes the bank standing out of the crowed. Campus recruitment is the best chance to seek out talents, show the enterprise’s image and create a better brand. However, we should focus on the performance of HR Executive which is the key factor to achieve the commercial goal.This thesis is based on the present situation of the P bank campus recruitment. Campus recruitment mode, evaluation and admission index of P bank in 2008-2010 years were investigated, and compared it with performance made by employee entering the bank in three years. Then the author analyzes the existing problems and causes, and proposes advices, aims to provide guidelines in the commercial bank campus recruitment evaluation indicators setting.By consulting literature review about over the years of P bank campus recruitment, and interviewing P bank human resources managers and several other related people, the author obtains a large amount of data. The investigation data by the correlation analysis and regression analysis, the following conclusions are obtained:educational background and the university one is graduated from have not impact on the work performance; the written examination and interview performance on-campus job fair have impact on the work performance; P bank should adjust process for indicators coming into play. Suggestions based on the conclusions are supplied.
