This paper proposes an efficient and practical project about the campus recruitment for undergraduates.Campus recruitment starts from the instituting of enterprise's strategy and human resource layout. The plan for recruitment must orient to the enterprise's strategy and base on human resource layout. The first problem to be tackled is fixing on the amount of recruitment. After that, the criterion for recruitment should be formed by using post analysis, post specifications and establishing the common competency model.Campus recruitment is a systematic project, supporting by a detailed and perfect recruitment plan. The prophase work of preparation will influence the course and result of recruitment. The talent policy is a key factor for a successful recruitment that can attract undergraduates.There are two key steps in campus recruitment. First, recruitment publication speeches —— reveal the enterprise's development history, specify the recruitment plan anddescribe the excellent prospect for the students after work. Second, talent assessment——help the enterprise pick up the suitable undergraduates who meet the demand by scientific interview, psychological exam and scene simulation.After the implementation of campus recruitment, it is necessary to trace the undergraduates who have signed the contracts to make sure whether their qualities meet the need.This paper also provides two evaluation-methods for effect of campus recruitment from economic and non-economic aspect. The purpose is to guarantee the best effect of campus recruitment through adjustment of recruitment system and macro human resource policy.
