Research On Development Strategy Of Harbin Property Heating Group

The heating industry is a special industry existing in the northern part of our country, which is characterized as a "semi public goods". As China has formulated several policies on energy saving and emission reducing, the new few years will give the strategic opportunities to the Harbin Real Estate Heating Company. Therefore, it’s important for the company to make a reasonable developing strategy. By using the SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Porter’s Five Forces analysis, this article analyzed the outside and the inside environment and proposed some strategies for the company. The strategies consists three levels, which are functional level, operational level and managerial level.
