Since 2013, the real estate market is becoming sluggish, increased competition among real estate companies, real estate companies should take appropriate development strategy is particularly important. This paper follows the theory- Status- Design- Proposed logical framework for NY real estate development company is currently enjoying macroeconomic environment, industry development, present situation and future businesses a comprehensive analysis, strategic management theory, business strategy for future development, to find out countermeasures. Firstly, the strategic management of the classical theory, the external environment through PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces competitive research industry model analysis tool NY real estate company’s competitive environment, companies should come to NY real estate industry chain fully studied guarantee fund and the land, take the product differentiation strategy, diversification strategy; and the use of SWOT analysis tools within the enterprise and external resources, to develop a NY company’s development strategy for the development and operation of small-scale urban complex, the real estate industry and downstream industry chain hotel operations and property management extend, while focusing on internal financial performance management, strengthen personnel development, broadening financing channels and improve the system construction in order to gain competitive advantage. In this paper, through the strategic management theory into concrete practice of management in the real estate business, real estate business development strategy and market choice, the long-term development plan guiding significance and reference value.
