In order to promote sustained and healthy development of micro-credit companies, give full play to the serve agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the paper explored practical measures of risk prevention and control based on analyses of life cycle risk of A micro-credit company, put forward risk prevention and control measures for micro-credit companies to maintain sustainable development. Using normative analysis, field survey and document analysis, the paper researched life cycle risk prevention and control research of A micro-credit company, pointed out that in order to promote steady development to the micro-credit companies, managers should take different measures to prevent and control risks during the company’s preparation, opening-up, operation,and shutting down.
