| Y Company is an enterprise specializing safe box production, the current annual production capacity of 300000 units, with the business expanding of the company, the present production system cannot meet the order increase and technology development, so increase the capacity to meet the requirement of order, then need to study the production expansion project.This paper based on safe production expansion project of Y Company as the research object, through a comprehensive investigation and study, analyzed the internal logistics status and the present situation of production process of Y Company, and carefully analyzed each existing detail problem in each link. Based on this, using the project analysis method to optimizing the inter logistical layout of Y Company, proposed optimization strategy of full use of company’s existing space resource and reform the logistical layout; proposed the equipment and facility adding and improve plan to increase production capability from evaluating the inter equipment and facility of Y company. At the same time, analyzed the logistical layout present situation and planning, project building and bidding work before the program implement period, team member and responsibility, timing plan schedule in the project implement period, the organization chart, member training, labor capacity after the project implement period. Finally, analyzed the financial investment and the main risk factors by using financial evaluation, then get the feasible safe box production expansion conclusion of Y Company.This paper demonstrated project analysis ideas into the whole safe box production project process of company Y by using the analyzing theory and practice, smooth the logistical layout according to the production process nearby routes of Y Company, improved the material flow, reduced the transportation cost and improve the production efficiency, at the same time, acquire and improve the equipment and facilities, then reached the goal of safe box production expanding. |
