Research On The Development Strategy Of Foreign Trade Integrated Service System With Bank As The Dominant

Foreign trade comprehensive service system helps the small and medium companies to solve the problems of the foreign trade to use the supply chain integrated on a relatively high large foreign trade companies, such as large state-owned foreign trade enterprises as a service platform. Its advantages lie in the downstream of the supply chain, which can reduce the financing risk and cost of comprehensive service platform. It is based on network platform, through to the logistics, customs clearance, commodity inspection, foreign exchange, tax rebates, insurance and other value-added services to control the whole flow of foreign trade financing risk, finally realizes the large-scale foreign trade enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, bank tripartite win-win financing model, by means of supply chain management.In recent years, China’s commercial Banks have gradually increased the total national trade finance share ratio, however, with the open of China’s financial market, foreign strength and good market image of the foreign Banks gradually in our country, the competition has become increasingly obvious, this objectively but also need to our country’s commercial Banks in the international trade financing link strive for innovation, a breakthrough.In this paper, based on the analysis of Industry and Commercial Bank of China(ICBC) Hangzhou area business data, combined with the actual situation of integrated service system of foreign trade, the research will analyze the development, implementation and control strategy design from the angle of the branch sales department for foreign trade development strategy of comprehensive service system, making the development strategy can be operable, in foreign trade integrated service system in the process of the development of the status, function and current situation, problems and improvement strategy.This research through a series of development strategy implementation and control, adjustment, this paper will analyze how to reverse the current foreign trade from the perspective of the branch sales department, a comprehensive service system in the market in a dilemma and form the core competitiveness, which makes foreign trade for the healthy development of comprehensive service system, to improve the comprehensive service system of foreign trade development play a role in the future. With the analysis of the comprehensive service system at the same time through the foreign trade development strategy research, this paper summarizes the comprehensive service system based on ICBC branch sales department of Zhejiang foreign trade development mode and method, and strategy to provide the reference for the development of other similar service platform. This research summarizes the development strategy of foreign trade comprehensive service system, based on the data of Hangzhou area.
