Project products instead of a single product has become a way of enterprise sustainable development in 21st century, many enterprises through the implementation of the project to improve the strength of its own products, to ensure its advantageous position in the intense market competition. How to manage the project, how to implement effective project management, become one of hot issues in current researches. Project management as a discipline in today’s society is gradually expanding, the application scope of the project schedule management in the application of all kinds of engineering projects is strengthened gradually, but because our country to carry out the project management research relatively late, in the actual project application proportion and the effect is also with the international advanced level of project management has a certain gap, we need to carry out the work in a real project in combination with the project management theory of constant exploration and practice, summed up the application of project management experience and mode. This topic research goal envisaged for research, through the project delivery management allows the project group of M company to achieve the smooth delivery. Project group of smooth delivery and closely around several results indicators:project delivery in time and the project quality, project profit, end customer satisfaction. This paper first introduces the research background, significance, literature review, content, research methods and innovations. Then the project delivery management theory, this paper expounds the key elements and methods of the project delivery, as well as the influencing factors. Then analyses the existing project group of M company project delivery management is not timely delivery, poor quality of project, project problems such as loss, and through these problems behind the deep reason of these problems are analyzed. Project delivery not the main reason is, first and foremost project responsibility system is not effective, no project led the project, each link is fragmented, department of wall, communication and coordination difficulties; Followed by the pre-sale system imperfect, the contract have many loopholes and risk; Again is the project resource system is not sound, the overall strength is not high, and the matching degree is poor. Reasons of poor project quality is the key nodes there are some problems, such as contract, design, quality, procurement, quality, manufacturing quality, construction quality, etc all have quality problems. The cause of the projected loss is to guide the project quotation budget is often not timely and accurate; Project accounting mechanism is not sound, actual cost can not provide timely data and the accuracy of the existing problems, often mislead the project manager’s control.To improve the M company project management mode, the pursuit of customer satisfaction, to achieve business process end to end loop (no breakpoints, breakpoint causes the customer complaint) project smoothly, thus fundamentally, the smooth delivery of the project will make the project delivery of quality, efficiency and profit increase, rather than the opposite. This paper attempts to study the project delivery management, provide the impetus for the sustainable development of M company, which has a certain reference significance to similar project management work.
