Application Of Project Management In OEM Business Of AB-Corporation

Author of this paper regarded as OEM business of AB-corporation, and analyzed OEM business background and problem of AB-corporation. By applying knowledge on project management, the author showed that it was feasible to apply project management for AB-corporation, and AB-corporation carried out important methods of project management. This paper mainly includes four concepts: selection of managed tools and designed organization, project quality management, project delivery management, and project cost management in OEM business of AB-corporation.
