From 1990 s, corporate social responsibility was promoted by multinational corporations and international organizations, their promotion aroused the attention to this concept,and get a big success. From CSR theories, more and more CSR reports of companies and vigorous promotion of various government departments and social institutions, fulfilling company social responsibility has become a consensus. However, on the other hand, businesses violate consumer rights, destruct environment, exploit employees and other illegal scandals still repeatedly exposed. These issues have a great relationship with people’s understanding and attitude. Based on the developing trend of corporate social responsibility and the serious social problems we faced, this article focuses on getting a line with CSR orientation and corporate social performance of Shanxi actual situation of enterprises and researches for the influences to corporate social responsibility orientation.The train of thought for research is searching literature abroad, extracting the necessary theoretical basis of this article, learning the relevant research results, to determine the orientation of corporate social responsibility, corporate social performance analysis dimensions, adding the individual and firm-level characteristics of factors, then build a role model for corporate social responsibility and corporate social performance between orientation and propose hypotheses. The study used survey methods, research business managers and employees for the study, on the part of businesses around the city of Shanxi questionnaire, received a total of 157 valid questionnaires, then using factor analyzed correlation analysis by SPSS19.0 software, and use AMOS17.0 for model fit. On this basis, using one-way ANOVA analysis examine differences in individual characteristics of employees of corporate social responsibility orientation, and differences in firm characteristics under different corporate social performance.The conclusion has showed that the impact of the personal characteristics to corporate social responsibility orientation is less significant; Affect of the business community characteristics to corporate social performance is more significant; corporate social responsibility orientation has a positive and significant impact on corporate social performance. Finally, the empirical results are analyzed and discussed, and make policy recommendations to the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.
