Research On New Urbanization Construction

Our country is in the critical period of building a well-off society.The development of the new urbanization that is beneficial for the sustainable development of China’s economy.At this critical moment we must grasp the opportunities to develop the new urbanization.We must face the difficulties and challenges.We must develop a new way which suits the Chinese characterstics.This paper is based on the ancual situation of Binzhou’s new urbanization.It analyzed the problems and the sulutions during Binzhou’s new urbanization by combining with the scholars’ researches.It discussed how to find a appropriate way to develop Binzhou’s new urbanization in order to apply the theory evidence.The whole paper is divided into three parts except for the introduction:The first part is the relates theories about the new urbanization.It introduced the connotation,characteristics and significance.The second part is the basic situation about Binzhou’s new urbanization.It mainly introduces the current sitiation,achievements and problems.It is pointed our that there is four problems in Binzhou’s new urbanization.They are the backward process of citizenization,the unreasonable industrial structure,the serious environmental pollution and the traffic pressure.The third part is that we should take measures to promote the construction of the new urbanization in Binzhou.It put forward feadible solutions to solve the problems.We should speed up the process of citizenization,develop the third industry,strengthen the construction of ecological civillization and remossion the traffic pressure. At last,we discussed the practical way to construction Binzhou’s new urbanization.
