Human capital is an effective driving force for the realization of scientific development,and it plays a key role in the development of an organization's ability to obtain a competitive advantage.As an important measure to stimulate the ability of human capital,salary management plays an important role in the process of corporate governance.Enterprises can guide employee behavior through salary management,in order to obtain the desired effect,and thus promote the realization of business objectives.Therefore,a reasonable and effective salary system is a measure of whether the enterprise can absorb,retain and give full play to the role of the necessary protection of employees.In practical work,the internal and external environment of the enterprise can change at any time,so the diagnosis and design of the compensation system should be regarded as a dynamic process.Regularly for the company's existing salary system for diagnosis,and based on the diagnosis of the results of the optimization of the line to deal with environmental changes,is the enterprise in the daily practice should be implemented in the operational level of the specific content.Based on the compensation management system of the company of M group company as the research object,in a large number of access to information,reference salary optimization based on the theory,combined with the enterprise and the characteristics of the industry,the industry situation,business conditions,analysis of the operation of the enterprise strategy and the salary management system,the compensation system is not perfect,the compensation structure is not reasonable so,discuss and analysis,improve the performance appraisal mechanism.Combined with the enterprise status of M group,a qualitative and quantitative analysis method was adopted to investigate the current salary system,and the problems encountered in the process of implementing the system and the causes of the problems were analyzed.Finally,aiming at the existing problems in compensation management,combined with the needs of employees and the broadband compensation design theory,the company's original salary system was optimized based on the idea of broadband,and puts forward some measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the system,the broadband compensation theory into practice.
