An Analysis Of The Economic Welfare Effects Of Population Flow In The Four Provinces Of Southwest China

With the deepening degree of reform and rapid development of Chinese economy, independent flow of population in our country rapidly becomes large and frequency. In recent years, the floating population is a key factor to the rapid development of the social economy of the China. the floating population is a double-edged sword, on one hand,it enhances the whole social economy welfare, on other hand,it has a certain resistance to the entire social economy welfare improvement. It is Obvious that the flow of population has important impact on social economic benefits. However, although many scholars have done a lot of work about the population mobility and economic benefits separately, but it is few about combination of the two part.This article is based on the detailed analysis of population scale and population flow conditions of four provinces on southwest China, using gray correlation analysis method to study the influence of population flow on economic welfare, and to further explore the role of point provincial population flow on economic benefits. The study found that:the influence of the interprovincial outflow on the economic welfare level in four provinces on China southwest is larger, and the influence of interprovincial inflow on economic welfare in four provinces on China Southwest is the least. It was also found that:the provincial population flow mainly influences on urban residents’ income and consumption of individual economic welfare;transportation infrastructure, medical care and literary career aspects of public economic welfare,.This paper includes the following five parts:The first section mainly introduces the research background of this issue, summarizes research status about population mobility and economic welfare at home and abroad, draws out the research purpose and significance of the study, and defines the related concepts.The second part is the fundamental analysis. This part mainly introduces acquisition of the flow data and total population data and population of various provinces on southwest area, and further analyses their status, and lays the foundation for the following research of the effect of the population flow on economic welfare.The third part is the analysis of the effect of population flowing on economic welfare of the various provinces in southwest area. First, calculating the indicators of economic welfare of the southwest provinces. Then,calculating of the gray correlation coefficient between population flow, the provincial population outflow, the provincial population and economic welfare, Last analysing the effect of different forms population flow on the economic welfare level different periods.The fourth part is to further discuss the flow’s affect on the welfare level Establishing of index system of economic benefits, using the method of grey correlation analysis to further explore the role point of interprovincial mobility to economic level.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study section. Summaring the thesis study found from second to the fourth part, and giving point that how to improve the regional economic welfare level through controling the population flow.
