The Relationship Between Population Cultural Quality And Social And Economic Development In Liaoning Province

Population quality is a complex concept, which includes the body of the populationquality, ideological and moral quality, cultural quality, in which population culture is the mostimportant aspects. Today, in the era of rapid economic development, people begin torecognize the importance of population culture quality and many countries and regionsvigorously develop education to improve the quality of the country, especially the populationculture quality. The competitiveness of countries and regions were economy. But nowpopulation culture quality of countries and talents are important judgments. Therefore, theway of strengthening countries’ competitiveness and power is developing the vocationaleducation, promoting the progress of science and technology, in order to improve populationculture quality. This article that is mainly from aspects of population quality problem,researches the correlations between population culture quality and the social and economicdevelopment. On the one hand, from the perspective of qualitative analysis that the populationculture quality is important role of social and economic development. On the other hand, fromthe perspective of quantitative and using comprehensive cultural index GRA analysis thatcorrelations which between population cultural quality and the social, economy, contribute tothe economic growth of liaoning province.There are five chapters in the article:The first chapter is the basis of research. First section describes the background ofresearch and significance of the population cultural quality. Second section classify andanalysis the domestic and foreign research. Third section summarizes some theories aboutpopulation, such as: malthusianism, moderate population theory, also explains the concept ofpopulation quality, population culture quality and economic development. Finally illustratesthe technical route and methods which used in this article.According to the Statistical yearbook of liaoning province in2005–2010, the fifth andsixth national population census, the census data of provinces and cities, and combining withthe differences which is the development of population culture quality in different cities or inrural Second chapter using the way of comparative analysis and comprehensive data ofpopulation culture quality detailed analysis present situation about population culture qualityin liaoning province The third part researches the correlation between population cultural quality and socialand economic development in liaoning province. It is made up of the summary of methods,index selection, modeling and the analysis of correlation. By calculating correlation, this partanalyses that high or low population culture quality has the inseparable relations witheconomic and social development in liaoning province.The fourth part is the suggestions on improving the population cultural quality inliaoning province, mainly in the following three suggestions: developing the economy toprovides the material basis developing the education career to promote increase of populationculture quality, developing the public career to improve social security.The fifth part illustrates that the population culture quality and social and economicdevelopment are closely relationship. The improvement of population cultural quality canpromote economic rapid, sustained and healthy development and make promote societyharmonious.
