A Study On The Causes Of Non - Entrepreneurial Self - Employment Based On Employment

Employment is a major event related to the people’s livelihood. As a labor-intensive industry, the tourism industry plays an important role in alleviating the employment pressure in china. According to academics estimation, the number of our country’s informal employees is 20.40 millions. As proves that, tourism informal employment takes an important position in the tourism industry.The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the literature review, which introduces the concept of informal employment, the theoretical basis, the effect of informal employment, tourism informal employment and tourism non-entrepreneurial self-employment. Then the author puts forward this topic based on the research of scholars at home and abroad. The second part mainly introduces the technical route, the subject, the research method and the research process. The third part is the main part of this paper. Firstly, through the qualitative analysis of Qingdao tourism non-entrepreneurial self-employment’s first-hand interview data, the author constructs a model of tourism non-entrepreneurial self-employment. Secondly, the author collects the questionnaire survey to validate and improve model. Finally, the author finds out the reason of tourism non-entrepreneurial self-employment from the perspective of the employee. The fourth part includes the future behavior of tourism non-entrepreneurial self-employee and the problems of government management. The fifth part summarizes the conclusions of this paper, and according to the problems the author proposes some feasible suggestions.
