Study On Governmental Investment Management In Guizhou Province

Since reform and opening, Guizhou Province sustained and rapid economic and social development, government investment in urban and rural areas and promote social harmony and development, speed up infrastructure construction and social development has played a very important role. Especially over the past decade, the province’s total fixed asset investment of 86.925 billion yuan from 2004 to 2013 rise of 1.035477 trillion yuan, an increase of 948.552 billion yuan, an average annual increase of 27.1%, the total investment in 2012 for the first time over the province total GDP, and exceeded one trillion yuan level in 2013, or whether it is the total amount of growth have hit a record high. But the attendant was how to strengthen the management of government investment has become increasingly prominent, while government investment efficiency and decision-making put forward higher requirements.Government investment is direct government allocation of resources as the main investment behavior, the whole social investment is a very important part, but also an important part of financial expenditure. Government investment projects and the smooth completion of play expected investment returns, has an important impact on the economic and social development. The size, structure and benefits of the investment is not only about economic growth, but also because of its many points,volume, covers a wide range of complex management, it has been widespread concern in society. Firstly, the concept and the related basic theory of government investment,analyzes the importance and necessity of government investment, especially in the foreign government investment management and investment management model of government were analyzed to identify the presence of government investment management problems. After analysis of the problem of government investment management, combined with the content of my government to invest in investment focus, etc., to find out my problems in government investment and the use ofmarket-based ways, I proposed government investments in innovation management suggestions.
