With the advent of economic globalization era, in response to the growing competition among the enterprises, a new management model-supply chain management has emerged. Supply chain management has been successful in many areas after years of development. However, supply chains becoming less flexible under complexity of the network structure and the changing external environment, especially with the globalization of the supply chain in recent years. Disaster events of the logistics interruption events have resulted in great loss to the supply chain in the world. So the logistics interruption management research of supply chain has become popular and has caused wide public concern.This paper studies interruption of the supply chain logistics based on Multi-Agent system modeling and simulation theory. discusses the idea based on Multi-Agent system modeling, point out the method based on Multi-Agent modeling and simulation is a bottom-up modeling approach, also it provides a new tool for complex nonlinear distribution system modeling and simulation for supply chain integration coordination and optimization study, describes the process based on Multi-Agent system modeling and simulation. Based on the analysis of the definition and types and cause of supply chain disruption, this paper summarizes the measures of supply chain logistics risk management and provides a framework for logistics management system interruption. On this basis, in this paper we set up the model of three-level supply chain logistics interruption including suppliers, manufacturers and retailers, simulates and analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the interruption and normal of the supply chain and taking the supply chain system of multi-source supplier strategy and taking alternate supply inventory policy chain system. The simulation results show that through multi-source vendor strategies that can improve the ability to deal with the logistics supply chain interruption risks as soon as possible to restore the normal operation of the supply chain system;Under the condition of the use of spare inventory will reduce the losses caused by default order, improve the robustness of the supply chain system. The study provides the theory to solve the problem of supply chain disruptions decision and analysis tools, has important practical significance in dealing with and alleviating the impact of supply chain disruptions.
