Under the emergency,the supply chain inventory system as a whole,from the system internal structure,adopt the method of dynamic system,the supply chain inventory system model has been set up,the research of supply chain inventory system dynamic characteristics,grasp the laws of supply chain inventory system operation,and put forward the emergency countermeasures to solve the problem of supply chain inventory management system,and gradually become a concern of the academia.Due to it is going to research many aspects in the supply chain emergency filed.It is necessary to study different emergency events have an impact on the supply chain.Only this makes the supply chain emergency research perfect and services to the social practice better.The emergency is an important factor in demand mutation.This paper is to research in this context,using the method of multiple Agent system modeling and simulation and the Swarm simulation platform,it studies that demand mutation has an impact on the dynamic characteristics of a supply chain inventory system.On this basis,it has been established a three-level supply chain including manufacturers,distributors,retailers inventory system model.This paper simulates dynamic characteristics of supply chain system under the market demand mutation,different lead time of the supply chain system dynamic characteristics under demand mutation,and spare inventory strategy of supply chain system dynamic characteristics on development tool Swarm platform.Through different lead time of supply chain system dynamic characteristics under demand mutation,ease countermeasures of demand surge risk : shorter lead time can be in a great extent cope with a surge in demand.Then,the simulation analysis that spare inventory strategy is adopted to effects of the supply chain system.And comparing two strategies,by adopting the spare inventory strategy,can improve supply chain response to market demand better mutation(surge)the ability of the risk,as soon as possible of the operation of supply chain inventory system returned to normal levels.And the simulation analysis that information sharing strategy is adopted to the effects of the supply chain system.The simulation results show that,the information sharing strategy can alleviate the risk of market demand mutation to a certain extent,so as to solve the problem of mitigating the impact of market demand mutation to supply chain.
