Study On Wind Power Development Plan Of Guohua Energy Investment Co, Ltd

With the excessive consumption of the routine energy ,the problems of energy crisis and pollution become more and more prominent .The pressure from the energy saving and environment protection makes the governments input more into the renewable energies . As a kind of clean and renewable energy ,wind power has gained more and more attentions from the governments of the countries all over the world , especially from countries in Europe and America . China is increasingly subjected to greater pressure from international environmental ,and will also put forward higher requirements for enterprises .Wind power Industry Development of Guohua Energy Investment Co,Ltd has just begun ,so scale industries is small. And has not yet formed specific long-term planning and orderly .This thesis includes three parts:(1) From the perspective of strategic planning ,according to domestic and international status and development trend of energy , the direction of the wind power industry development and the strategic development requirements of Guohua Energy Investment Co,Ltd ,this thesis conduct in-depth analysis the internal and external environment of Guohua Energy Investment Co,Ltd using induction methods and comparative analysis.(2) This thesis detailed study the company's own strengths ,weaknesses, opportunities and challenges using SWOT analysis .(3) This thesis put forward a strong operational plan and theory with practice analysis ,that provide a reference to the development of company's wind power industry.
