With the development of Internet technology, the level of agricultural informatization. is increasing rapidly. Agricultural informatization is the key foundation of agricultural modernization,and agricultural website is a significant platform of agricultural informatization. The construction of agricultural website has a great influence on the progress of agricultural informatization directly. Heilongjiang Province is a key marketable grain base,strategic grain base and modern agriculture demonstrates base in China, but the problem of “king in grow weak in marketing” always restrict us from moving towards a strong agricultural province.Speeding up to strengthen the construction of agricultural websites is the main grabber to advertise green organic agricultural products,increase the added value of agricultural products and cultivate new economic growth in Heilongjiang Province.The current methods and standards of agricultural website evaluation are not uniform,can not reflect the current level of development of agricultural websites, In order to evaluate agricultural websites more objectively and reasonable, based on the current research, features have been summarized up distinctly between the agricultural and the general. On the basis of evaluation study of the sites at home and abroad, a system of evaluation has been established on the agricultural sites with the agricultural features, with a try of using the benefits of BP Neural Network: fault tolerance, adaption, self-learning and nonlinear function. 50 agricultural websites have been randomly selected and then evaluated. The evaluation results have ranked highly correlated with the authority on such sites. Then 20 agricultural websites data were used to test the network. Finally,discuss the detailed indicators of agricultural comprehensive website,assess information features of the website, timeliness and other characteristics, and outlines the current situation of Heilongjiang Province Agricultural comprehensive website,describes the shortcomings of the study, proposed improvements, and future work prospects, provide valuable reference opinion for the next person.
