With the rapid development of e-commerce and widely used in various industries, combined with the traditional industry is more and more deep,in the agricultural industry, e-commerce application prospect is very wide.B2 C e-commerce of agricultural products in China as a new way of selling agricultural products is developing fast. At present, the national rural e-commerce site has more than 3000, more than30000 agricultural website.But with the development of network technology and continuously,logistics and distribution technology is getting more and more perfect and further more the pursuit of personalized consumer demand situation, the agricultural product electronic commerce website of B2 C will have great development space, through the investigation of the related domestic website, found that domestic agricultural products of B2 C e-commerce is still in its initial stage, which exists some problems. Agricultural products why has failed to route through e-commerce, mainly because of insufficient degree of standardization. So only through the comprehensive evaluation and Analysis on the agricultural products of B2 C electronic commerce website, to promote the application of e-commerce of the agricultural products.This paper firstly introduces the research on agricultural products e-commerce website evaluation research background, significance and the domestic and foreign scholars, analyzes the B2 C electronic commerce development of agricultural products in China stage, mode and challenge for future development and trend.Secondly, this article from the characteristics of agricultural products e-commerce of agricultural products, set up specifically for B2 C e-commerce website evaluation index system according to the principle of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the design of Fuzzy AHP evaluation software, find the relevant experts or scholars use evaluation software for evaluation index,obtained the weight of each index, then the design of the questionnaire,and selects ten example sites, ordinary users on the index statistics website evaluation results, combined with the weight of agricultural products in B2 C e-commerce site index,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to score for the example site.Finally, on the basis of the above analysis the results of evaluation, to find out the current situation of the development of the site and the existing problems, and put forward for the future development of agricultural products in the B2 C electronic commerce website recommendations.
