Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Economic Development In Dongxing District Of Neijiang City

The development of rural economy concerns the all-round development of the national economic and the stable of the whole society, and it is a key and difficult point to realize the goal of balancing the urban and rural development and building a well-off society in an all-round way. Although after the reform and opening up the rural economy has got a significant development, because of many constraining factors like the weakness of rural economic and urban-rural dual structure etc. there are problems still existing in the rural economy that is the low of rural productivity level and the peasants leaving standard, the long-term lagging of rural social undertakings, and urgently improving the educational culture and health care. But the bottleneck of restricting solving these problems consists in the relativity low of rural economic level, which fails to offer a powerful support to the rural development of various undertakings. In recent years, under the guiding of various strategies and policies used by the national and provincial government of all level in regards to promoting the rural development. Dongxing zone has promoted the rapid development of rural economic by increasing the investment of Three Rural Issues, and activity promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural industry and other ways. But compared with developed areas, Dongxing zone’s rural economic level is still falling behind. How to get a fully use of various policies and the resource advantage to further reforming the rural area so as to promote the rapid development of Dongxing zone’s rural economic is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.Firstly, this paper starts with some theories concerning to rural economic development to form the theory structure of study; secondly, by referring to relative documents and conducting field research, this paper gives a analysis on Dongxing zone from the aspects of the development of rural industry, peasants living condition, infrastructure construction and the resource status and so on to provide a basis for the later research. Then this paper proceeds an analysis on the problems existing in the development of Dongxing zone’s rural economic, mainly including the lower of rural industrialization, peasants lower income level, the falling behind of infrastructure construction and ecological deterioration of rural environment. And to analysis the reason of the problems that exists in the development of Dongxing zone rural economic. It mainly lies in the lagging behind of the way of agriculture’s production organization, the lower quality of labor forces in rural area, the lack of investment forces in rural area’s infrastructure construction and weak awareness of the ecological environment protection. Lastly, based on the research discussed above, considering comprehensively about the overall development situation of Dongxing zone’s rural economic and the policy, social and economic environment it faced with, this paper presents the countermeasures and suggestions that is promoting the development of rural industrialization, improving the quality of rural labor forces, enforcing the infrastructure construction and reinforcing the protection of rural ecological environment to facilitate the development of Dongxing zone.
