Research On The Impact Of The Development Of Agricultural Industrialization To Peasants’ Income Growth

Developing modern agriculture and building a socialist new countryside areeffective ways of increasing farmers’ income and narrowing the gap between urbanand rural areas. Agricultural industrialization management, who is the fundamentalmanner the development of modern agriculture, plays an important role in promotingrural economic development and peasant income. It is significant to study therelationship between agricultural industrialization and peasant income, discuss thestrategies to increase farmers’ income, with the perspective of agriculturalindustrialization.With the theme of the farmers’ income, and perspective of development ofagricultural industrialization, this paper uses the method of combining theoreticalanalysis and empirical analysis to study the relationship between the industrializationof agriculture development and farmers’ income, and finally obtains that thedevelopment of agricultural industrialization can effectively promote the conclusionof the farmers’ income. In the theoretical analysis，this paper from the perspectivesof industrial organization theory, transaction cost theory and market operatingmechanical theory, analysis the theoretical basis of the industrialization of agricultureon farmers’ income, and discusses the effect of agricultural industrialization onincreasing farmers’ income growth. According to actual situation of the agriculturalindustrialization and the income of farmers in our country at the present stage,measures and analysis the level of agricultural industrialization, and on the basis ofthe Macro-data, make a descriptive statistics of the agricultural industrialization and theincome of farmers. In the positive analysis, this paper adapts the Cobb-Douglasproduction function to construct a panel data model about effect of development ofagricultural industrialization on farmers’ income. Choosing the statistics of China’s30provinces, municipalities,1999-2009(except Tibet) as a sample, analysis the influenceof development of agricultural industrialization on farmers’ income with two aspectsof panel data analysis model and the regional panel data analysis model. it turns outthat: the development of agricultural industrialization in China plays a significantpositive role on promoting farmers’ income growth, but there are differences betweenregions, the central region agriculture industry of the most significant promotion offarmers’ income, the eastern of less weakness, followed by western weakest. Thus, only by relying the advantages of regional resources, expending organization scale ofagricultural industrialization and perfecting the profit mechanism are effectivemeasures for speeding up agricultural industrialization development, improving thelevel of agricultural industrialization and making the farmers’ income get a steadyincrease in a long time.
