As new-generation employees have increasingly become a main force in labor market,the high turnover rates of this group have attracted great attention of business and academic circles.Studies on factors related to turnover intention are relatively mature.However,in terms of new-generation employees in China who carry a special imprint of the times and hold unique work demands,it is worth exploring whether new variables exist in the factors influencing turnover intention of this population group.The emergence of new forms and new business types in the new period of Internet Plus,platformisation,big data and cross-border management has brought grave challenges to human resource management of enterprises.Traditional human resource management is under controversy because it can not give full play to its management efficiency or drive integrated and ecological development of organizational business.A new idea for solving existing problems in human resource management is to manage human resources from the perspective of internal marketing,apply internal marketing philosophy and tools to human resource management as well as develop and implement human resources as a product.Therefore,this study aims to explore the relationship between perceived work value and turnover intention by borrowing from theories of perceived work value and internal marketing with perceived work value as an uncommon variable.In addition,due to their individuality and self-centered mentality,new-generation employees are not skilled at handling interpersonal relationship,which leads to more conflicts in the workplace and in turn increases their turnover intention to a certain extent.As a new variable with Chinese cultural characteristics in the background of Chinese culture which attaches great importance to interpersonal relationship,guanxi-oriented psychological capital remains a subject of this study in respect of whether it will affect turnover intention or moderate between perceived work value and turnover intention.Therefore,by utilizing theories of perceived work value and internal marketing,this study established research models to explore the relationship among perceived work value,guanxi-oriented psychological capital and turnover intention and to determine whether guanxi-oriented psychological capital adjusts the relationship between perceived work value and turnover intention.By analysis of 384 usable responses from employees at enterprises in Guangdong Province,this study found:(1)perceived work value is negatively correlated with turnover intention;(2)guanxi-oriented psychological capital is negatively correlated with turnover intention.Among all the factors of guanxi-oriented psychological capital,only "respecting and courtesy" is negatively related with turnover intention while "modesty and prudence","thanksgiving and dedication" and "toleration and forgiveness" demonstrates no significant correlation with turnover intention;and(3)guanxi-oriented psychological capital negatively adjusts the relationship between perceived work value and turnover intention.In the context of rising labor costs carried by enterprises,this study attempts to expand existing research results from a novel perspective in the premise of avoiding alteration of working conditions or increases of labor costs so as to provide reference for enterprise human resource management through the combination of theory and practice.
