Research On Agricultural Informatization Construction In Daqing City

We need to construct agricultural information in the background of "Internet +",which belongs to the need of making policies, the need of balancing the development of regions, and the need of sustainable agricultural development. The agriculture of the paper refers to crop farming and agricultural information refers to the value of information and technology services in agricultural production.This paper makes brief comments to the domestic and foreign agricultural information development with the method of inductive deduction. We conclude every stage of the agricultural information construction in Daqing and put forward relevant suggestions. We analyze the data with the method of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis. We analyze farmers’ agricultural information needs from three aspects including workers’ age, education level and arable land. We conclude that agricultural employees need the help of agricultural information. The government tries to improve the construction of agricultural information.During the process of prompting the agricultural information, there are some problems that we need to solve together.We summarized the following four aspects in the construction of agricultural information by analyzing: firstly, government can’t hold clear investment goals in the agricultural information construction; secondly, agricultural labors still be in the lower level; thirdly, the function of agricultural information services in rural is weak; Fourth, the utilization of agricultural information services is low. We provide the following measures to the above four aspects. Firstly,the government should increase useful investments in the construction of agricultural information through the establishment of modern agricultural demonstration zone; Secondly, we can attract talents through the development of Rural Vocational Education; Thirdly, we should increase the input of the infrastructure of agricultural information through opening wireless local network, mobile services and so on; Fourth, we should establish diversified information service platforms and train managemental talents to solve the problem in the construction of agricultural information.
