Research On Agricultural Subsidy Efficiency In Daqing City

Our country is in the stage of the development of four-modernizations,and agriculture,as the basic industry,provides the production materials for other industries,so the task of agriculture is more burdensome.At the same time,the risks and difficulties faced by agricultural development are also huge.It is necessary to increase the input and subsidies to agriculture to make agricultural development stable.Daqing city is a resource-based city,industrial development drives the development of daqing city,only a dozen foundation,to the improvement of long-term sustainable urban economy,the agricultural support policies is undoubtedly a powerful measures of agricultural development,take the agricultural support both can huimin polity and can promote the development of the whole city agriculture,agricultural policy is the government highly attention.A series of agricultural support policies in the country have increased the number of subsidies for agriculture and farmers in daqing city and gradually expanded in the project.The industrialization of daqing city is better than that.It has entered the stage of industrial agro-agriculture early and has introduced some policies on agriculture,agriculture,technology promotion and farmers training.This paper will review the policy of agricultural support,analyze the relationship between policy positioning and target,and discuss the effect of policy on agriculture.This article is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly includes the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,and the research contents,methods and technical routes.The second chapter is related theoretical analysis.This paper mainly introduces the concept and theoretical basis of the definition,classification and characteristics of agricultural subsidies.Chapter three is the implementation of agricultural subsidies in daqing city.Mainly introduces the general situation of daqing city farming and respectively expounds the farmland productivity subsidies and farm machinery purchase subsidy,corn price,the implementation of separation of subsidies,this article is for the above study on efficiency of subsidies.Chapter 4,chapter 5 and chapter 6 are the empirical analysis.Mainly by using the Malmquist DEA-model and the method of descriptive statistics analysis respectively on the farmland productivity subsidies,agricultural machinery purchase subsidy,corn price subsidies for separation efficiency analysis,find out the cause of the impact efficiency.The seventh chapter puts forward the countermeasures for improving agricultural subsidy policy in daqing city.Including agricultural science and technology input,process and perfect form of subsidies,subsidies policy propaganda,strengthen the agricultural machinery service,and subsidies for agricultural ecology and talent introduction in seven aspects.Chapter eight is the conclusion and prospect.The optimization of subsidy efficiency is aimed at the realization of farmers' increasing income,increasing grain yield and promoting agricultural economy.
