Research On CBD Investment And Financing In China 's Large Cities

This paper attempts to reflect international experience and 30 years of reforming and opening up CBD construction changes, and find roots of certain investment and financing mode "superiority" of CBD,while the development of guidelines to deepen financial reform, to explore further improve market allocation of resources and promote the city’s CBD space efficiency mode useful in constructing multi-channel, summarize a wide range of investment and financing mode, expand the useful research from the following aspects: 1 summarizes the theory, CBD dynamic mechanism of economic development and systematic summary the history of its construction; 2 Carding line with Chinese characteristics construction financing model,an effective way to attempt to commercial finance, optimal balance between financial openness and diversification of private finance specific implementation. 3. actual case summary, tries qualitative "what", "how to" find some quantitative in nature, "why" and "replicable" universal law. Through theoretical and practical lessons learned,learn,after careful analysis the results of this study: First,sort of Metropolitan CBD development and construction investment and financing,method, and to analyze which experiences, lessons learned and innovations provide reliable analytical results for other CBD construction investment and financing and clear the path. Second,through the financing of Zhengzhou CBD process assessment,lessons learned, identify problems. Third,investment and financing in Zhengzhou,Chinese central business district as well as further optimization tips, especially for financing through the layers of Zhengzhou way to get less investment to promote the construction of the Lake region, while the domestic industry funds and PPP but industry funds and other emerging leading role in financing non-economy were described.
