Rational Distribution Of The City's Central Business District And Countermeasures

Central Business District(CBD) was the fruit of social developmentand the embodiment of economy strength. With the persistent increase ofour economy, several large and middle-sized cities have commencedbuilding their own CBD, the construction of CBD has weaken in ourcountry, which induced large waste of country's resources. So, to proposethe rational location of cities in our country, which defines the capablecities of building CBD has thus possessed practical significance.The paper summarized existing researches based on the review ofmass literature on central business district, which lays a theoreticalfoundation for following context. And then gives a brief introduction ofCBD, both national and aboard. Next, starting from the quantitativeanalysis, uses for reference of the successful experience of internationalCBD, selects 21 representative indexes, establishes the availability ofCBD construction evaluation model and adopts 32 cities as the samplecity to do some practical analysis. First, apply the main analysis methodto put these cities in order, regarding their availability of constructingCBD; Second, in order to make the conclusion more scientific andpractical, adopts cluster analysis approach to separate the sample city intofour sorts, and we found the result of these two method resembles witheach other. Finally, provides some improvement suggestions for thefuture development of CBD in our country.
