Study On Honesty Evaluation Of Safety Production In Construction Units

With the rapid development of the construction industry, the construction industry safety problem is becoming more and more serious. At this stage, the construction company for high pressure management has been unable to curb the accident, the need to find a new safety management method. Based on nearly five years accidents analysis, it is found that the owners using it in a strong position in the buyer’s market, in order to reap huge profits to make the acts in violation of laws and regulations, leave a lot of hidden dangers for the engineering construction process, leading to a large number of accidents where the source. By means of credit management can be effective on the management of the construction unit, and economic means and market access restrictions, forced owners to take the initiative to fulfill safety responsibilities, guiding the main parties to cater to the owners do a good job of their own safety, effectively improve the construction safety problem.In this paper through the literature reading method to the owner in the nature and status analysis, elaborated the influence to the safety production of construction market in China, and the foreign advanced experience proof construction unit to fulfill safety responsibilities can improve the safety production level of the project. By means of the method of distributing the questionnaire to the subjects of the project, the safety responsibility performance of the owner in the whole life cycle is investigated, and the causes of the failure behavior are analyzed.
