Research On Cooperative Game Mechanism Of Logistics Outsourcing In Manufacturing Enterprises

Manufacturing industry is the foundation of the stable and sustainable development of economy in our country. In 2015,the state council issued "Made in China 2025" that increase the development of manufacturing industry to the national strategic level, and determine developing high-end manufacturing is the key of the in our country. However, many manufacturing enterprises of our country always blindly pursue " Large and Comprehensive" that take up a lot of money and influence the promotion enterprise’s core competitiveness. Modern manufacturing enterprise need outsourcing non-core business and concentrating resources to improve their core competitiveness because they are against the structure adjusting, the cost of human and raw material rising. At present, many scholars have been used game theory to research of logistics outsourcing.This paper breaks through the traditional limitation of competition game and cooperation game in game theory. It analyzes the game relationship between manufacturing enterprise and third party logistics enterprise from coexistence perspective of competition and cooperation. And want to explore the stability of the system for manufacturing enterprise logistics outsourcing cooperation mechanism as well as the fairness and efficient allocation mechanism.In this paper, it use management, game theory, logistics outsourcing theory, competition theory and profit distribution theory as the theoretical basis to study game relationship between manufacturing enterprise and third party logistics enterprise. From the viewpoints of quantitative and qualitative we establish competition game model and the profit distribution model combined with empirical research to discussion this question.First of all, starting from the background and the present situation of manufacturing enterprise logistics and combined with the characteristics of the manufacturing enterprise logistics, it puts forward the necessity and inevitability of manufacturing enterprise logistics outsourcing. Second, it respectively from the angles of one-to-one and many-to-many build manufacturing enterprise logistics outsourcing competition game model and obtain the promotion stable cooperation mechanism and supervision mechanism of manufacturing enterprises and third party logistics enterprise. Then, it use Shapley value method to concluded that the fair and efficient interests allocation methods.
