In the current economic development in the new normal,China’s real estate enterprises face the huge transformation, will guide industry, whole construction machinery as a pillar of the national macroeconomic regulation and control, and many times since 2008, every volume fluctuations is bigger, it also led to the real estate brokerage enterprise is directly related to the performance and profit swings, engaged in real estate brokerage business agent also presents great liquidity. According to statistics, every year, more than 57% of the real estate agent, no longer in the original unit work. employees as a core element of enterprise development, corporate human resources directly related to the future sustainable development of enterprises, and employee turnover as a normal economic and social phenomena, has its legitimate and reasonable, but based on its impact on enterprise development may bring, it should cause enterprises attach great importance.Based on the above macroeconomic situation and industry development issues, the first of employee turnover and related theories of the sort, study. Next to RC real estate brokerage companies in the specific object of study, its structure and the loss of status of staff to collect data in the form of its human resources constitute level employees were analyzed in four aspects. Through questionnaires and forms combined with relevant domestic and foreign theories to explore the reasons for the loss of employees, pointing out both social and economic, industry, geographical and other factors, there are also some problems with the company, the lack of good communication and incentives human resources management and other issues closely related.
