In view of the problems existing in the human resources management process of X Real Estate Corporation,the multi-factors of human resource management are analyzed.First,principal component analysis is used to analyze the principal components of the impact indicators,and a Bayesian network model is constructed based on the above analysis.Quantitative analysis of the influence of multivariate indicators affecting human resource management,the research results are as follows:(1)Based on the literature review of human resources,the company's human resource management theory and its development status are summarized.Based on the characteristics of real estate company's human resources management,a detailed analysis of the multiple factors of human resource management,and the use of principal component analysis An Analysis Method of Multivariate Influence Indicators on Human Resources Combining Method and Bayesian Network Model.(2)Analyze the influence factors of real estate company's human resources,mainly including 8 first-level indicators and 48 sub-indicators.Perform principal component analysis of multi-sample indexes through principal component analysis,and simplify the impact indicators of human resources management into 4 levels.Indicators and 12 sub-indicators;and a Bayesian network model for human resource management of real estate companies based on analysis of principal component analysis(3)Analyze the risk probabilities of impact indicators at all levels,use the Bayesian network model to establish the main indicators of the impact of human resource management of real estate companies,and combine the actual status of X real estate companies,focusing on the pay management of employees.From the perspective of performance management of the system and the employees of the company,and taking into account the problems existing in the recruitment and training of the employees of the company,the human resources management plan of the real estate company was formulated.
