Research On Application Of BSC In Strategic Performance Management Of Henan Famous Commercial Real Estate Enterprises

Being an influential strategic management tool,the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is received in good condition among enterprises in the North America and the Europe. The impacts and functions of BSC are increasingly important. It also attracts more attentions in Asian countries in recent years. However, in terms of the current conditions of enterprises in China, BSC places its early stage and there are still many problems exiting in the process of company’s planning and execution. Considering this, the study will focus on the design, execution and evaluation of BSC and Performance Appraisal System based on commercial real estate companies, in order to offer effective methods in planning and Performance Appraisal management. The researcher is employed as a human resource manager in a business property company in Henan province thus can provide advantages for the information collection, theory building and practice operation for the research.Based on the actual situations of Henan Ancestry Realty, this research starts with typical BSC cases and makes specific discussion. Firstly, the study analyses and evaluates the management functions that based on the development of BSC, also summarises the theoretical connotations of BSC systematically. Secondly, it demonstrates the long-term planning of Henan Ancestry Realty which related to its environment including polity, economy, society, technology, history, organizational structure and competitions. Third, it will discuss the BSC’s impacts and functions in the decision making process of Henan Ancestry Realty, then put forward how to use BSC to define the strategy themes. Finally, according to the application of BSC in Henan Ancestry Realty during recent three years, the study provides relevant suggestions and improvement methods. It can also offer references for similar enterprises utilising the BSC system.
