China real estate industry has experienced over the past more than ten years of rapiddevelopment, the majority of real estate development enterprise to obtain the excess profits.However, the excess profit phenomenon, is the Chinese real estate enterprise quantity is many,the average size is small, industry concentration is low the fact. Quite a number of real estatedevelopment enterprise land-oriented, extend the development cycle, to land value as the mainmeans of profit, and the lack of strategic management of the enterprise examine.A company with its own management advantages, make full use of industry developmentopportunities, advance in2010five years to achieve annual sales exceeded100000000000strategic objectives, using6years of short time in turnover achieved from5000000000to100000000000leap.Along with the Chinese government’s new policy of macroscopical adjusting controlissue and continued to strengthen, the real estate development enterprise traditionalmanagement pattern will be a tremendous challenge. And the regional differences and thedifferent needs of customers, the real estate industry financial advancement and theinternational capital into the real estate development enterprises put forward higherrequirements for the real estate industry, the competition will further intensify. Macroscopicaladjusting control and the change of competition will promote the Chinese real estate marketmature, the future of the industry will enter the structure and strategic reforming stage.Part of the mainstream real estate development enterprises have taken the initiative toseek strategic transition, including the increase of housing products supply (commercial realestate, tourism and real estate), real estate development through+capital operation integratedbusiness model, equilibrium business cycle fluctuations, and for enterprises to bring higherreturn on assets.A companies in more than20years of history has experienced a number of strategicchange, after focusing on residential real estate development. But in the new environment andbackground of the development of the development strategy of A company need to bereexamined, including product strategy.This paper studies the A company out of the environment of Ministry of inside andoutside, combining A company’s development strategy, analysis of the current challenges andstrategic adjustment strategy.
