Construction And Gradation Optimization On The Public Service System In Eco-village

China has achieved great success in the construction of public service system ineco-village. However, compared with developed countries, it still has a long way to go. Itis significant to research on the index selection and gradation optimization of publicservice system for improving the construction level in eco-village. Using SystemsEngineering, AHP and Value Engineering, this paper focuses on the index selection,comprehensive evaluation and gradation optimization of public service system ineco-village, explores the construction guideline system of public service system andconducts an empirical study in Yanhe village.The paper includes four aspects of contents.Firstly, it introduces the construction background, development status, and existingproblems of public service system in eco-village, comparing the construction status andexperiences home and abroad.Secondly, the paper establishes a systematic and replicable index system by studyingthe main parameters of public service system in eco-village. Then it constructs aconstruction guideline system and a comprehensive evaluation model.Furthermore, based on the value engineering theory, the paper establishes thegradation optimization model of public service system, proposes the optimization index,calculation method and constructs the optimization scheme.Finally, it carries on a case study in Yanhe village by using the established method toevaluate the comprehensive construction level and optimize the gradation of public servicesystem.
