With the development of wedding dress industry, the practitioner in this field are facing increasingly competition pressure. For wedding dress designers, how to survive from the fierce competition has become an urgent subject. Therefore, researches on marketing strategy for wedding dress designer brand has become more and more important. The reason is, to a certain extent, the research can help enterprises to better carry out the market strategies of designer brand and healthily develop themselves, so as to obtain maximum benefits and push forward the development of the whole industry. A basic premise for the enterprises who conduct designer brand marketing strategy is to have a comprehensive understanding of themselves, in order to achieve good marketing results. By understanding their own characteristics, they can have a targeted management and invest their resources to the most important part, so as to achieve effective allocation of recourse and thus realize the final goal. Meantime, the enterprises have to fully understand the existing problems and solve the most representative and urgent ones. Putting forward effective solutions on the basis of the analysis of the current situation is the most crucial part.Adopting the methods of documentary analysis, questionnaire, SWOT and so on, the thesis study on the marketing strategy of wedding dress designer brands. It selects a specific enterprise A as the research object, based on detailed questionnaires, and investigates the factors affecting the choice of designer brands. By using SWOT method, it analyzes the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the enterprise. Combining with the results obtained, it proposes targeted marketing strategies, which not only provides the designer brand with marketing strategies as reference, but also provide a reference for the enterprises the same type.
