| With the rapid development of China’s social information and the process of knowledge, corporate culture has been widely concerned. Corporate culture is like "an invisible hand", which promotes the rapid progress of the enterprise, which influences the development of enterprisesThe Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region mainly includes four commercial banks, including Bank of Inner Mongolia, Bank of Wuhai, Bank of China and Bank of China. In recent years, the development of city commercial banks in my area is rapid, and the total amount of the bank’s financial is increasing year by year. Nevertheless, the city commercial banks in Inner Mongolia are still facing the loss of the core staff of this urgent need to address the major real issues. Based on this problem, this paper mainly discusses the influence of the cultural construction of urban commercial banks in Inner Mongolia area on the sense of belonging.From the perspective of the sense of belonging to the staff, this study mainly discusses the problems of the cultural construction of Inner Mongolia enterprises. The full text structure is divided into five parts. The first part, determine the research methods, research methods, research purposes and contents of the research, review the domestic and foreign literature, and then evaluate the domestic and foreign research status, and finally dig out the innovation and flash point. The second part, from the basic theory of corporate culture and employee belonging to the basic theory of these two aspects, and the relationship between the two theories. To explore the theoretical relationship between the theory of enterprise culture and the theory of employee belonging. The third part, the main analysis of the status quo, including the general situation of Inner Mongolia City Commercial Bank, Inner Mongolia City Commercial Bank enterprise culture construction basic situation and the Inner Mongolia city commercial bank employees belonging to the situation, and find out the key problems which can be improved. Finally, the research method is introduced to study the relationship between the construction of urban commercial banks’corporate culture and the sense of belonging in Inner Mongolia area. This study mainly uses the method of questionnaire survey, interview survey method, the analysis of the three methods, and then draw conclusions. The fourth part, from the Inner Mongolia city commercial bank employees’ sense of belonging, and puts forward the concrete measures of enterprise culture construction. Mainly covers four aspects:the institutional level, the spiritual level, Among them, the third and the fourth part of the first discovery of the problem, followed by the analysis of the problem, to solve the problem again.According to the research, we can deepen our understanding of the cultural construction of the city commercial banks in Inner Mongolia. More important is the focus of this paper to propose a number of relevant solutions, and thus to achieve the purpose of guiding the practice of urban commercial banks in Inner Mongolia city commercial bank. |
