With the development of information-based and knowledge-oriented social, culture hasbeen paid more and more attention. The enterprise culture is the driving force of all theenterprise development, it is one of the most important capital of enterprise. As " an invisiblehand ", enterprise culture affects the development of enterprises and pushes enterpriseforward. Nowadays ages, e technology and capital are no longer the only means of enterprisecompetition, many companies relied on the unique enterprise culture to occupy the market.Economic globalization has brought more and more fierce competition to the enterprise,talent turnover is increasing. Enterprise’s development is inseparable from the talent, anyactivities of the enterprise are inseparable the people. Enterprise culture based on theemployees’ sense of belonging puts emphasis on people-oriented, enterprise’s developmentlinked staff own development, and through the rational management of construction andhuman management to realize the common development of employees and enterprises.Employees’ subjectivity got high expression in the construction of enterprise culture which isbased on the employees’ sense of belonging, this is the perfect combination of business goalsand personal goals.The study of the construction of enterprise culture based on the perspective of theemployees a sense of belonging, consists of four parts. First explains the meaning andfeatures of enterprise culture and the staff belonging, followed by the form of questionnairesurvey, analysis of the current situation of the construction of enterprise culture. Through thequestionnaire survey result, put forward the construction staff belonging enterprise culturebased on the significance of.The enterprise culture construction, existing problems mainly in the following points:first, the enterprise culture construction and lack of participation; second, the enterpriseculture construction lack consistency; third, the enterprise culture construction lackadaptability.
