Small and micro enterprises have become the most active part of the country economy, increasing employment, stabilizing sociality, becoming the main force of innovation, had a highly strategic position in the national economy and social development. In recent years, more and more emphasis on the development of small and micro enterprises, and accordingly decreed policies to support the development of small and micro enterprises. However, small and micro enterprises are also faced with many problems, of which, the issues of talented person are affecting the development of small and micro enterprises, more high-end talent flows to cities, medium-sized enterprises, and leading to small and micro enterprises are difficult to obtain required and core talent. At the same time, small and medium enterprises pay higher labor costs for their own business risks and instability factors, even so small and micro enterprises is still difficult to keep talent, further adding to the company’s operating pressures and risks. Knowledge workers are an important carrier of enterprise information resources and innovative capabilities. Especially for small and micro enterprises, small and micro businesses represent innovation and entrepreneurship, left the knowledge workers, small businesses may be lack of energy, innovation, development and growth may lose.Based on the background, we choose small micro-enterprise talent workers as the research object and sought by empirical research, dig out the factors that influence small micro-enterprise talent workers turnover, and analyzed by specific field case. By researching the small micro-enterprise knowledge workers’s intention turnover to provide solutions for small and micro enterprise how to manage the talent, reduce employee turnover, and better able to promote the growth and development of small and micro enterprises, rich content of human resources management.The full text total has six chapters:theoretical research, research design and case study.The first part is theoretical research, including Chapter I, Chapter II and Chapter III. Firstly, this article selected small and micro enterprise talent workers for the study as the background, introduce the significance, methods and technical ideas. At the same time, based on management and solid foundation and study the theory of literature about home and abroad, to define the concept of small and micro enterprises and characteristics of talented workers, indicate that knowledge workers play an important role in small and micro enterprises, analysis of talented workers working in small and micro enterprises why leaving the status quo. and the relationship between psychological contract demonstrates talented worker’s intention of turnover.The second part is the main analysis, including the contents of the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, is the core part of the paper. The fourth chapter is based on the basis of previous research, this paper proposes a suitable employee turnover factors, and noted that the relationship between the various factors, the initial construction of a simple model employee turnover intention. The fifth chapter is a major research and design study concluded, through field questionnaires to collect questionnaires, analyze questionnaires, papers employee turnover intention relationship between factors, research and analysis including descriptive statistics analysis, reliability and validity analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis, hypothesis testing results。The third part is the case analysis, based on the results of the foregoing, the S company site visits and interviews with S company, for example, analyze the status and management experience S company human resources for small businesses to make some human resources management recommendations.
