A Study On The "One Way" Initiative In The New Opening - Up Structure

Opening-up policy is a basic state policy of our country for a long time. In the course of opening to the outside world for nearly forty years, we according to the domestic and international economic and political situation insist on developing and gradually deepening opening-up strategy, and as a result the pattern and the level of opening up are constantly enriched and improved, which promote the development of economy and international status.As a significant strategy of the CPC Central Committee to deal with the global situation and co-ordinate domestic and international condition, the Belt and Road is also a crucial practice of constructing a new pattern of all-round opening in the new stage of deepening reform, enriching the connotation of opening up, which is of great significance for China’s opening up career to a new level.The first part of the thesis discusses the historical origin and background of "The Belt and Road ". From the perspective of history, it inherited the geographical scope of the ancient Silk Road but makes itself rebirth at present; from the dimension of reality, it overtakes the historic mission of development of opening to the outside world,at the same time, it conforms to the new requirements proposed by the changes of the situation both at home and abroad.The second part of the paper expounds the main contents of the spirit and the basic principles, the basic ideas of construction and three challenges of the Belt and Road. In order to realize regional and world prosperity, the Belt and Road regarded peaceful cooperation, tolerance, mutual learning, and mutual benefit as basic content and win-win spirit, co-construction and share as principle to achieve the interconnection of infrastructure, trade, capital, policy, people interoperability in the process of construction. At the same time, it is also facing the challenges of cultural differences, non traditional security threats, big country "game", economic risks, and domestic disorderly competition and so on.The third part discusses the new development and great significance for China’s opening-up of the Belt and Road. It has further enriched and developed the pattern of opening to the outside world in the open area, open field, open object, open concept, open platform and so on. And it is also of great significance for the work of China’s opening up to the outside. Theoretically, it practices and develops the idea of "Harmonious World" and enrich the connotation of the "Chinese Dream"; it meets the needs of the regional opening to the outside world, promoting the implementation of the win-win strategy of opening up, safeguarding national security, and creating a good international image in practice.
