The Path Opening To Outside World In Western China Under The "Belt And Road Initiative" Strategy

China,as the second largest economy in the world,plays an important role in the world economy.In the trend of economic globalization,the development of open economy has become an important choice for China’s economic development strategy.In recent years,under the background of further implementing the strategy of opening up the western region,the development of open economy in the western region of China is accelerating.However,compared with the eastern region,the development of open economy in the western region is still relatively backward,and there is a big gap between the eastern region and western region.In 2013,China put forward the "One Belt One Road"("Silk Road Economic Belt" and "twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road strategy).One Belt One Road is a new form of regional economic development based on the concept of the ancient Silk Road,is considered to be the longest and most potential economic corridor in the world."One Belt One Road" is an important change in the pattern of China’s opening strategy.It relying on western region which will have a great influence on China’s opening up.In September 2015,the State Council issued several opinions on building a new system of open economy.It clearly pointed out that to accelerate the implementation of "One Belt One Road" open strategy to promote economic development of the western region.There is a close relationship between "One Belt One Road"strategy and western economic development.Under this background,in this paper summarizes the results of theoretical research on the problem of academic.As the base theory of "One Belt One Road" and economy in western region.Next,this article through the trade dependence,FDI and other indicators of comparative analysis gap of the eastern and western open economic development.And combined with the current academic research and analysis of the causes of the open economic development gap between the eastern and western regions.After summarizing relations between "One Belt One Road" strategy and western open economy,this paper further expounds the opportunities of "One Belt One Road" to bring to western region economic development.And analysis the difficulties of western region to fully use "One Belt One Road" to develop its opening economy.Finally,this paper takes Guizhou as an example,on the use of "One Belt One Road" to promote the level of open economy.In this paper,the industrial structure,infrastructure,policy efficiency and other factors restricting the development of open economy in Guizhou.In order to fully use opportunities of "One Belt One Road",Guizhou should enhance the three major industries,accelerate the pace of industrial integration,and vigorously promote the modernization of industry.Guizhou should build the industrial base of national importance,accelerating the development of foreign trade.And then give fully use of open platform and channel,to strengthen the foreign trade and economic cooperation and undertake the transfer of the domestic industry.
