When visiting Kazakhstan and Indonesia in September and October 2013, Xi Jinping have put forward the strategic thought of "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "21st-Century Maritime Silk Road" referred to as "One Belt And One Road". The overall thinking of "One Belt And One Road" strategic thought is to uphold the principle of peaceful cooperation, open and contain, learn each other and win-win, to make policy agreement, facilities connection, trade smoothly, financing turnover and people’s heart communication as the main content, and to build the interests of the community, the community responsibility and fade community of political mutual trust, economic integration and culture contain.This article mainly from the perspective of Marxism space production theory to explore the meaning of "One Belt And One Road" strategic thought. Space production had transformed production in space to production of space. Developing and utilizing space resources integrating natural attribute and social attribute. The essence of this process is through the practice activity to develop, design, recombine, transform the space into valuable social resources. From the perspective of production space, the strategic thought of "One Belt And One Road" advocated by connectivity to strengthen economic, political and cultural aspects of cooperation and turn the original social space into a spatial pattern being conducive to the development of China and the countries along the line and even the world.
