Under the new economic normal, employee turnover has become a obstacle that the enterprise to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.Perceived supervisor support is employees’ perception that the supervisor values their contribution and cares about their well-being. When employees perceive the supervisor for more support, more able to increase its retention tendency, and reduce turnover intention. Supervisor support as the psychological level of subjective feelings, affected by the psychological state of employees, and as an individual in the process of growth and development showed a positive state of mind, employees of different levels of psychological capital, perceived supervisor support often there are differences. Therefore, psychological capital can effectively regulate the influence of supervisor’s support on turnover intention.Traditional service industry and the manufacturing industry employees were selected as the research subject. Literature review expert interview and quantitative research methods are used to study the relationship between perceive supervisor support, psychological capital and turnover intention. Specifically, first of all, the study of supervisor support, psychological capital and turnover intention and relationships between the three concepts of pair wise conducted a review of the literature and commentary. Secondly, on the basic collation and analysis of literature, construct the Perceived Supervisor Support Scale under Chinese Context, and construct the theory model of perceived supervisor support, psychological capital and turnover intention.Finally based on the survey data, factor analysis, structural equation model and latent structure adjustment model are used to test the hypothesis.The main conclusions of this study: first, supervisor support has a significant negative effect on turnover intention; the standardized path coefficients for-0.359(P < 0.05). 3 dimensions of supervisor support have no significant effect on turnover intention. The significant effect on turnover intention is results from the interaction of the three aspects of work support, concern interest, and personal development of the influence on turnover intention to turnover intention. Second, the psychological capital has a significant negative influence on turnover intention; the standardized path coefficients for-0.337(P < 0.05). In the four dimensions of psychological capital, hope and resilience have a significant negative influence on turnover intention, self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on turnover intention and optimism has no significant influence on turnover intention. Third, psychological capital and its four dimensions play a moderator role between perceived supervisor support and turnover intention.The main innovations of this study: firstly, constructed the Perceived Supervisor Support Scale under Chinese Context, and enrich the theory of supervisor support. Secondly we construct the theoretical model of perceived supervisor support, psychological capital and turnover intention of manufacturing and traditional service industry employees. Thirdly, we introduced psychological capital as a moderating variable in research the influence of perceived supervisor support on turnover intention.
