Using the data from the new generation workers in a high technology military company,the article concentrates on 5 main problems: based on the Comprehensive Meaningful Work Scale,describe the current situation of work value of new generation workers;describe the current situation of perceived supervisor support;describe the current situation of turnover intention;explore the influence of work value on turnover intention;explore how perceived supervisor support affect turnover intention.In order to answer the questions shown above,the empirical research collected data from new generation workers concentrating on variables work value,perceived supervisor support and turnover intention by using professional scales.By using descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,one-way anova and regression model,we found that:(1)the work value of new generations wo rk was higher than the average score in theory,especially the organization could provide the workers with excellent organizational climate;(2)the perceived supervisor support score was higher than the average score in theory,the organization could provide the workers with efficient support;(3)the score of turnover intention was higher than the average score in theory,the pressure of the turnover management was not big to the company;(4)work value and perceived supervisor support could significantly negative predict the turnover intention.At the end of the article,based on the theoretical model,we put up with some practical management suggestions: leaders should treat their subordinates fairly and conduct scientific salary administration;pay clos e attention to the new generation workers' sound in body and mind;conduct sort management to the new generations workers.
