In recent years,as the burgeoning of E-commerce industry, the market competitions among e-commerce enterprises become more and more fierce,cause the separation rate or turnover intention of e-commerce enterprises employees are at a high level. Voluntary turnover of outstanding employees would bring great loss to e-commerce enterprises and role stress is an important factor that predicts turnover of e-commerce enterprise employee. Employees will generate turnover intention before departure,so in order to effectively keep outstanding employees and get rid of the negative effects brought by employee turnover, e-commerce enterprises should lower their employee’s turnover intention,and lowering their role stress is an effective measure.Based on theConservationof Resources Theory(COR), combining the main personality characteristics of e-commerce enterprises staff, the present research proposed a moderated mediation model of perceived supervisor support act on turnover intention,aimed to analysis the how the perceived supervisor support and role stress affect the turnover intention,the effect of perceived supervisor support through role stress on turnover intention,and the effect of proactive personality,which is a typical personal characteristics of e-commerce enterprises employeein this process, tries to get results with theoretical and practical significant and gives suggestions to reservation of talents and management practice of e-commerce enterprises.A questionnaire survey has conducted on the E-commerce enterprise staff, returned 376 valid subjects, use SPSS 19.0 to conduct Descriptive statistic,Correlation analysis,Reliability Analysis, Validity Analysis, Mediating effects test and Moderating effect test. The main result are as follows:1.Turnover intention of e-commerce enterprises employees is higher than that of the employees in traditional hotel industry,logistics industry and software industry.The salary range and education background of employees had significant effect on the Turnover intention of e-commerce enterprises employees.2.Perceived Supervisor support had a significant negative effect on Turnover intention of e-commerce enterprises employees,while Role stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intention,role stress is a partial mediator between Perceived Supervisor and turnover intention.3.Employee’s Proactive personality moderate the relationship between Perceived Supervisor Support and Turnover intention:For the individual has proactive personality, Perceived Supervisor support had a significant negative effect on Turnover intention,but for the one doesn’t have proactive personality,the Perceived Supervisor support’s effect on Turnover intention is not significant.4. Employee’s Proactive personality did not moderate the relationship between Perceived Supervisor support and the Role stress.
