Study On The Influencing Factors And Scheme Of Enterprise Supply Chain Integration In NG Industrial Park In

NG is one of the Yunnan Muslim gathering places, handicraft, manufacturing are the primary industry in the local, the local beilief Muslims, the family-run is mainly enterprise business model, it becomes NG industrial park, but each enterprise is independent development in the part, which affects integarl economy of the NG town. Therefore, the local government decided to integrate local logistics in five years as town plans, this paper will mainly go to study supply chain integration instead of logistics integration,through the key facter of the supply chain integration in NG Industrial Park to analyze its integrational scheme, it is a reference for better integration in the local government plan.which factor influence the degree of integration of its industrial park in the supply chain integration? How is the impact? These issues constitute the research subject of this article.Through this study, we can achieve the following objectives and have the following meanings.First, based on Taylor’s supply chain analysis model, analyzing the current development of enterprise supply chain in Yunnan NG industrial park. Extracted similar factor by content analysis method in the vast literatures about supply-chain integration, according to the actual situation of local surverying, summed characteristic factors of enterprise supply chain integration in NG industrial park,they are based on designing questionnaires providing and regaining these questionnaires,using SPSS software to handle data in frequency analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.Though quantitative and qualitative analysis to summarize the similar factor of enterprise supply chain in NG industrial park, and its level of integrating. Refining and summarizing the key factors of national enterprises supply chain integration, thus enriching the supply chain management theory.Second, the study can provide options and recommendations for integrating the supply chain in the NG industrial park,it is a reference for further improving market competitiveness of the NG’s companies.Through this study, the following conclusions:(1) Thought content analysis method to extract eighteen common factors in supply chain integration, and summarizing two characteristic factors by investigate and survey in the local; (2) through questionnaires, SPSS software analysis, 20 factors are divided into three factors about customer integration, supplier integration and internal integration,the impact of customer integration is the greatest in the supply chain integration, followed by supplier integration, and the finally is internal integration. (3) According to the analysis above, through design analysis of having emphasis in the supply chain integration,to provide a reference for the local goverment in NG industrial park.
