Supply chain integration refers to,starting from the first layer of the production,a product-related supply chain,linked together so products,from the supply chain reach the customers,establishing a coordinated and orderly strategic partnership.To handle each node,enterprises have logistics and information from operation organizations and with the ability to adapt,providing customers with higher product value and to enhance the competitive advantage.Future competition is now no longer limited to the company itself.The competition now lies between companies or between brands and brand competition,more focusing on the competition between the supply chains.The supply chain integration strategy,in addition to the characteristic aspects of the industry,brands,products and technology,etc,also focuses on product structure optimization,supplier management and internal supply chain integration features of research;taking FL Glaze as a case study,an in-depth review shows how FL Glaze feeds the company by optimizing the product mix and by having a differentiated treatment of customer demand management is important in order to achieve customer consolidation strategy.The vendors' closed-door supplier development and management of supplier resource classifies three aspects of information regarding the financial integration strategy;the effect of optimizing internal processes and reduce inventory turnover,reduce safety stock control uncertainty,and to improve internal supply chain planning study to eliminate excess inventory of internal supply chain integration strategy,summing up the supply chain differentiation strategy,also implementing the quantitative analysis confirmed by FL Glaze suppliers through differentiation strategies,optimizing the product structure,reducing unnecessary capital investment,research and development costs and reducing unnecessary business costs,improving supplier management performance,therefore reducing procurement costs,reducing inventory,hence reducing operating costs,also lowering the risk of cash flow at the same time,improving the company's market competitiveness.On the basis of this,the company's supply chain integration for FL Glaze is based on the differentiation strategy System.
