Research On Supply Chain Coordination Degree Of SDLJ Furniture Specialized Industrial Town’s Project

SDLJ is the furniture specialized industrial town in Guangdong Province, the largest distribution center for furniture raw materials in PRC&"the first town of Chinese furniture" which contains more than2,600furniture manufacturing enterprises&over3,000furniture material supply industry that leading PRC furniture materials market. However, accordingly to the changing of economic environment, the traditional and extensive furniture industry development&business model of SDLJ no longer meet the requirements of the latest situation. Per the influence of the European debt crisis and the domestic housing control policies, SDLJ furniture industry has begun to show a downward trend. In the recent years,Zhejiang, Chengdu market got a rapid development of the furniture output value to maintain an annual growth rate of over20%, has been a direct threat to domestic leading position to SDLJ furniture materials market which enhance SDLJ Furniture industry urgently needs upgrading and transformation, has entered the second pioneering key period.This research is based on SDLJ specialized industrial town Government’s points of view, using project management skill and systematic analysis, just like project feasibility analysis and research, business process streamlining, coordinating supply chain collaboration ordinal variable measurement analysis, project results assessment and application as four aspects of the supply chain collaborative innovation of SDLJ furniture specialized industrial town. Per2006-2012SDLJ furniture industry supply chain collaborative innovation alliance actual sales and business data analysis, supply chain coordination degree derivation industry alliance to promote the professional development of the industry affected areas of the town.The obtained results of the project include:the impact of SDLJ furniture specialized industrial town’s supply chain collaboration variation of exogenous variables and endogenous variables, the furniture supply chain coordination degree (potential function) was used to derive the formula, SDLJ furniture specialized industrial town supply chain collaborative innovation model, analyze the impact of the overall coordination of the index system in Guangdong Province, Foshan SDLJ furniture specialized industrial town supply chain collaboration system, as well as investment and construction industry alliance of supply chain coordination degree.Per the results of this project seeks to assist the government of SDLJ furniture specialized industrial town to leading enterprises, public service platform SDLJ furniture specialized industrial town corresponding project management planning and investment decisions. Promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional furniture industry to enhance industrial added value, supply chain optimization furniture, build up online and offline interactive marketing furniture asset-light model, thus improving regional economic, regional economic structure adjustment, and ultimately build with SDLJ characteristics of modern supply chain collaboration furniture industry multidimensional support system.
